Meet the Team - Jet

Hey everyone, say hello to Jet!

Jet started at Damhead Nursery in March 2024 after seeing the position advertised on her Universities jobs page. Jet wanted to work somewhere that related to her field of study and Damhead was the perfect fit!

Jet is currently studying Horticulture at SRUC in Edinburgh and is just about to begin the final year of study on the BSc Horticulture with Plant Science and Technology course.

Jet literally does everything with the plants here at the nursery from watering to sowing seeds and she grows most of the veg that we sell in our shop. She’s creative too and can whip up a stunning cut flower bouquet or two.

There’s more about Jet on our website.
