An excellent hardy cherry. It produces dark red heart-shaped fruit that has a great sharp flavour making it most suitable for cooking, ideal for jams and preserves, tarts, etc. The beautiful fluffy white blossoms in spring are a delightful sight. The fruit will be ready for harvesting from late July ? early August. They will do best in well-drained soil in a sunny spot and can be trained against a wall or fence or simply grown into a small bushy headed tree. All our cherry trees are self-fertile and will need regular pruning to promote new growth. They are fully hardy but the blossoms will need protection from frost as any damage will impact on the fruit. 500cm x 300cm.
