A compact, deciduous to semi-evergreen shrub with dark green-blue foliage that turns a brilliant scarlet red in autumn. Clusters of bell-shaped, pink flushed, white flowers appear in late spring and are followed by edible, blue fruits from late summer through to early autumn.
